Puerto Rican born pop singer Noelia started singing at a young age. Urged on by her mother, Yolandita Monge - a Latin actress/singer, Noelia finally made the big time in 1999 with the release of her debut album featuring the hit "Tu". "Ni Una Lagrima Mas" was her second chart success released soon after in 2000.

La joven estrella originaria de Puerto Rico nació en la ciudad de San Juan un 30 de agosto y es Virgo 'total', con todas las acentuadas características de este signo. Pintando su esquemático autorretrato, la propia Noelia sostiene que es muy organizada y sistemática, sincera, honesta, sensible, romántica empedernida y detallista a la máxima potencia.

Cuando recién alcanzaba los tres años de edad, ya quería ser cantante. Escribió sus primeros versos desde muy niña. Pero desarrolló mejor esta aptitud a partir del sexto grado. Tendría entonces entre 12 y 13 años. Nunca pensó que iba a terminar componiendo canciones. Escribía historias breves. Incluso quería hacer un libro, un proyecto pendiente que nunca ha descartado.

Por ser hija de una cantante y estar rodeada literalmente de música, ese comportamiento era muy natural para ella. Desde que tuvo uso de razón su juego principal fue cantar. Se ponía los trajes de mamá y hacía sus shows o representaciones, sobre todo cuando llegaban visitas a casa.
